1. Scope of Service

GetKlik.online provides custom web design, web development, app development, and related digital solutions. Each engagement is scoped, estimated, and agreed upon through a formal project request or quote. Deliverables and timelines are subject to the specific client agreement.

2. Payments and Billing

Clients are billed on a project basis or an agreed-upon subscription plan.

• Invoices and secure checkout links are sent electronically.
• Checkout links have specified expiration dates (e.g. 7-14 days).
• Payments must be received prior to key project milestones (design, development, launch) or as scheduled.

3. Client Obligations and Assets

To ensure timely project execution, the client must provide required assets (text, images, media, branding specifications, access credentials, domains) as requested. GetKlik.online is not responsible for project delays caused by client asset submission delays.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final project delivery and payment completion, ownership and intellectual property rights of the custom website or application design/code transfer to the client. GetKlik.online retains the right to display the completed work in its marketing portfolio, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

GetKlik.online makes every effort to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of all deliverables. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business revenue or data) arising from the use or inability to use our deliverables, hosting providers, or third-party configurations (e.g. Cloudflare, domain registrar issues).

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date. By continuing to use our services, you accept those changes.
